Bucky

Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Bucky iOS app, made by Nathalie Maes. By using Bucky you agree to them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Using Bucky

Bucky is for your personal use. Please do not misuse the app, try to break it, or copy its content or artwork for other products.

Your content

What you write and the pictures you add are yours. I only store it on your device and in your iCloud, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for backing up anything you do not want to lose.

Inspiration content and safety

The ideas in Bucky are suggestions. Some activities carry risk (for example travel, sports or adventures). Use your own judgement, follow local rules, take proper precautions, and ask a professional where it matters. You do things at your own risk.

Bucky Free and Bucky Pro

Bucky is free to use with limits, such as up to 5 active dreams. Bucky Pro removes those limits and adds extra features. Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The exact price and trial terms are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

If a subscription ends, nothing you created is deleted or hidden. You can still read, edit and complete everything, but you cannot add beyond the free limits.

Changes to the app and these terms

Bucky may change over time, and features may be added, changed or removed. I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.

Liability

Bucky is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the app, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
